Happy Valentine’s Day. Desert Sunset is my latest contemporary abstract painting. My color palette certainly seems to be geared in the red hues these days and so I thought this would make the perfect Valentine post. I love the color red especially when I am painting with my fluid transparent acrylics. They are awesome because they allow you to see through each layer to the colors below.
This piece measures 13″x 18″and is mounted on hardboard and plywood.
